Lakeisha Woods has been a social service professional for over 25 years, serving in various roles such as case manager, skills trainer, and life coach in the mental health and substance use populations. Currently, in her leadership role, she provides training and development to professionals who work with a medically fragile population. Lakeisha is deeply committed to the social work profession and has been an active member of several community boards, driven by her passion for advocacy, strengthening families, and enhancing community outcomes. Additionally, she is an offender workforce development specialist, life coach, and certified in case management.

At More Action Less Talk Inc, our goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families who have encountered the justice system or may be faced with difficult challenges or unmet needs. We understand the challenges that come with these situations, and we are here to support and guide individuals on their journey towards reintegration and success.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance and that with the right resources and support, transformation is possible. One key aspect of our program is our focus on empowering individuals to become self-sufficient and make positive decisions. We offer resources and guidance on life skills, risk-taking and coping mechanisms, values clarification, employability skills, and conflict resolution. What sets More Action Less Talk Inc apart is our commitment to providing comprehensive support. We understand that successful reintegration requires an integrated approach, which is why we offer a range of services to address the diverse needs of our clients. We believe that a stable and supportive living environment is crucial for individuals to make positive changes in their lives, and our program is designed to provide just that.
